As a foreign book distributor, we are pleased to offer desk copies to your university. Please read and follow the terms below:

-    We provide desk copies free of charge when your bookstore has ordered fifteen or more copies of a regular inventory title.*
 
-    All desk copy requests must include either our invoice number, a photocopy of our invoice, or a photocopy of your bookstore’s purchase order.  Please note, requisition forms are not proof of purchase.
 
-    Desk copies for Special Imports / Non-Inventory Titles** are subject to a charge of list price minus 10% discount, and must be prepaid by credit card.

-    All desk copies will be mailed at no charge via uninsured media mail. If insured shipping or another mode of shipment such as UPS, FedEx, etc, is preferred, all shipping charges will have to be prepaid by the addressee by credit card.

*This refers to all returnable stock titles.
**This refers to non-returnable or 20% returnable titles.
Book status will be given at time of order, and can be checked at any time with a customer service representative.

Examination/Review copies are available ONLY for regular inventory titles for a term of 30 days, remit or return.

-    If you do not wish to keep the books, send them back (invoice included) via UPS or Insured Parcel Post at your expense within 30 days of the invoice date. The invoice as well as the shipping and handling charges will be canceled upon receipt of the returned books in resalable condition.

-    If you wish to keep the books, please pay the amount on the invoice including shipping and handling charges as noted.

-    A maximum of (3) three titles at a time may be ordered for examination.

ALL requests for Desk and Examination/Review Copies must be made on school letterhead, indicating the name, title and contact information of the person ordering.  All orders will be invoiced at list price and the invoice will accompany all shipments.  Please note, desk and examination copies ARE NOT available for audio-visual, teacher's materials, dictionaries or reference books of any kind.
