Submit "Request to Return" in writing, via fax or postal mail.  Please list quantities and date of original order.  Any additional paperwork, including our invoice or your original order, will help to expedite a return authorization.  Please note, return requests are usually processed within 1 week.

Please follow all return policies below:

1.    Our authorization in writing must accompany all return shipments.  If we receive books without authorization, we reserve the right to send them back to you at your expense.

2.    Only items we stock in our inventory may be returned.  Non-inventory items are referred to as N/R (non-returnable / special import titles) on your invoice.  We will always advise of non-returnable status when an order is placed.  N/R books that are returned to us will not be credited, and will be returned to sender at their expense.

3.    Returns are permitted only within 6 months of invoice date.

4.    Titles with a list price of over $25.00, or certain infrequently ordered titles (marked so at our discretion), will only be allowed twenty percent (20%) returnability. (i.e. 1 out of 5)   You will be notified if such status applies at time of order.

5.    Books must be in saleable condition with no sign of pricing or other markings. Sealed or shrink-wrapped items must be unopened. No audio-visual materials of any kind (included transparency forms) may be returned.

6.    If a title is out-of-print or has been replaced by a new edition, the old edition will not be returnable.

7.    Returns of dictionaries will be accepted in an unused/unopened condition only.

8.    A restocking fee of ten percent (10%) will be charged for ALL returns.

9.    A restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) will be charged if the total quantity to return is equal or greater than fifty percent (50%) of the original quantity ordered.

10.    One hundred percent (100%) credit will be granted for defective books or books sent in error.

11.     Returns will be allowed for credit only.  Credit remains on an account for 12 months from date of issue, and is applicable to all future purchases.

Future credits to be issued for returns in transit or expected credits for forthcoming returns may not be deducted from current outstanding balances. 

We do not sell books on consignment.
